Mother's boyfriend prosecuted for abusing her eldest son
Kyoto District Public Prosecutors Office prosecuted Kazuki Hamada (31, unemployed, Shimamoto-Cho, Osaka) because he abused his former girlfriend's son and inflicted serious bodily harm. According to the indictment, it is alleged that at his ex-girlfriend's home in Uji City from 8:00pm on August 12th until the next morning the defendant Hamada knocked and kicked the 11-year-old's chest and stomach which caused internal hemorrhage in the abdominal cavity. It will require 3 months for a complete recovery from the injuries.
