Demonstration walk

The Parents And Children's Network endorses the following march.
Please participate if you have time.

Organizer: Organizing Committee for the demonstration march demanding early joining of the Hague Convention and joint parenting rights
Inquiries:

We'll hold a demonstration walk as following demanding the correct interpretation of the Hague Convention (Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction) and the appropriate adjustments of relevant domestic acts.
Although the Hague Convention is a treaty defined in order to prevent the unjust abduction of children in an international context, it is an important treaty which also influences the parent-and-child contact after domestic separation or divorce.
Although the joining of the Hague Convention was accepted by cabinet, the debate about adjustments to relevant domestic acts is still continuing. Let's demand a stop to unjust child abduction to foreign countries and the domestic lifelong separation of parent-and-child caused by the unilateral abduction by one parent.

Date: October 16th (Sun) (Even if there is light rain the event will go ahead.)
Meeting place: The Futsal ground side of Miyashita Park in Shibuya (Map, Photo.)
